Our policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not fully satisfied, most items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery for a different size or design of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Price differences for higher-value items may apply.
Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
